摘要: The focus of this Article is the effect that globalization has had on social inequalities within large corporate professional firms, in both United Kingdom and States. While an imprecise term, there general agreement about its destructive impact traditional society. Some see as producing a range negative effects (such psycho-social fragmentation insecure employment). Others, however, have viewed it opening up possibility for individuals to create their own biography. This due part globalization’s “capitalization everything” which, case legal profession, transformed law firm from relatively parochial organization, which personal relations remained highly significant, into multinational organization governed by Human Resource Management (HRM), commonly employing Diversity (DM) techniques dominated discourses entrepreneurialism.
