摘要: A protein system is described in which a bound within matrix material that has pores are sized to achieve excellent properties such as: activity, density, and stability. In preferred embodiment, the pore sizes range from 50 400 A. One demonstrated surprisingly good results this OPH. This known degrade organophosphorus compounds as found chemical weapons pesticides. Novel methods of forming making OPH also described. Also including porous disposed material; wherein contains at least 0.01 mmol per gram exhibits an activity 2 times greater been formed under identical conditions on normal silica material. Methods systems with noncovalent bonding entrap proteins
