摘要: In most strains of rats, the effects treatment for induction superovulation show major strain differences and are strongly influenced by stage estrous cycle. This study demonstrated, however, that was easily induced in Wistar Brl Han:WIST@Jcl(GALAS) rats PMSG hCG administration. To confirm such treatment, we studied age egg collection efficiency. After intraperitoneal administration 150 IU/kg 75 given 48 h apart, mean numbers oocytes obtained from at 4, 8, 12, 20 28 weeks were 38.9, 33.5, 46.1, 26.9 21.3, respectively.
