摘要: Adult Wistar-Imamichi rats were induced to superovulate by an i.p. injection of PMSG followed hCG 48 hr later. The doses and administered 0, 75, 100, 150, 300 iu/kg body weight. In this study the based on weight rather than iu/rat facilitate accurate induction. following results obtained. adult (10 15 weeks old) increase in number morphologically normal fertilized oocytes, as well total superovulated dose-dependently upto 150 iu/kg. was significant compared with control rats, but treatment had only half effect young (6 9 old), rats.
