摘要: Patient R. was a 2.9 kg, term infant born to 21-year-old primigravida after normal pregnancy. Physical examination at birth normal, except for slightly enlarged clitoris. At 3V2 months of age she referred Children's Hospital Medical Center evaluation clitoromegaly. The history revealed that fed slowly and constipated. maternal grandfather had hyperthyroidism, but family otherwise negative,
