摘要: The paper approaches a new technological scenario relevant for the introduction of digital cytology (D-CYT) in health service. A detailed analysis state art on status D-CYT hospital and more general dispersed territory has been conducted. was conducted form review arranged into two parts: first part focused tools needed to carry out successful service (client server architectures, e-learning, quality assurance issues); second issues oriented help evaluation technology (specific training D-CYT, assessment in-routine application, data format standards picture archiving computerized systems (PACS) implementation, image assessment, strategies navigation, 3D-virtual-reality potentialities). work enlightens future scenarios actions technology.
