摘要: This paper attempts to estimate economic values of telemedicine and extract factors that promote through the use survey data. is first analysis aimed at evaluating in Japan. We utilized Contingent Valuation Method estimated demand functions telemedicine. Because number institutions replying with willingness pay (WTP) undertake (WTU) relatively small, Kernel Estimation was applied. After estimating WTP WTU, by multiplying medical currently implementing telemedicine, whole value Japan obtained. By using Tobit Model, influence WTU were extracted.
