摘要: BackgroundThe heterogeneity of splenic computed tomography (CT) attenuation is still not fully understood. A differentiation these enhancement patterns and other conditions such as diffuse spleen infiltration can be challenging.PurposeTo understand the underlying physiological mechanisms flow in normal cirrhosis patients by quantifying perfusion parameters blood (BF), volume (BV), time to peak (TTP), extraction product (Ktrans), mean transit (MTT) using dynamic contrast-enhanced CT (DCE-CT).Material MethodsSixteen without or hepatic disease 16 with liver were retrospectively analyzed.
