摘要: Abstract Lu 3− x Al 5 O 12 : Ce 3+ (LuAG:Ce ) green phosphors were synthesized by a two-step solid state reaction method. Morphology and optical properties of the studied adding various fluxes (BaF 2 , H 3 BO NH 4 Cl, NaF), as well concentration different flux materials optimized for maximum luminescence intensity. X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy photoluminescence spectra measurement used to investigate crystal structure, particle morphologies properties, respectively. The obtained with possessed better than that without fluxes. size distribution intensity predominantly dependent on type materials. results showed intensities found following order: BaF (3 wt%)>NaF (0.5 wt%)>NH Cl (2 wt%)>H (4 wt%)>no flux.
