摘要: The objective of this study was to explore the impact entrepreneur's character on development strategy in small- medium-sized firms. While researchers have looked at entrepreneurial traits order explain business start-up and growth, little attention has been paid possible interactions between types strategic choices they make. This identified two main entrepreneurs, pragmatist charismatic entrepreneur, which resulted different patterns behaviour. research suggested that entrepreneurs faced diflcrent problems, their responses crises varied. suggests were forced review propensity take risk, share power involve more people decision-making process a rational, planned approach strategy-making process.
