摘要: The promise of growing tissues to replace or improve the function failing ones, a practice often referred as regenerative medicine, has been driven in recent years by development stem cells and cell lines. Stem are typically cultured outside body increase number differentiate into mature types. In order maximize potential these cells, there is need understand cell-material interactions that direct behavior dynamics. Most synthetic surfaces used for growth differentiation lab impractical cost prohibitive clinical labs. This review focuses on modification low polymer substrates already widely culture so they may be control interactions. addition, we discuss ability exert dynamic over microenvironment leading more complex, less controlled surface.
