摘要: Light is an important environmental signal for most insects. The Oriental Armyworm, Mythimna separata, a serious pest of cereal crops worldwide, and highly sensitive to light signals during its developmental reproductive stages. However, molecular biological studies response stress are scarce, related genomic information not available. In this study, we sequenced de novo assembled the transcriptomes M. separata exposed four different conditions: dark, white (WL), UV (UVL) yellow (YL). A total 46,327 unigenes with average size 571 base pairs (bp) were obtained, among which 24,344 (52.55%) matched public databases. numbers genes differentially expressed between dark vs WL, UVL, YL, UVL YL 12,012, 12,950, 14,855, 13,504, respectively. These results suggest that exposure altered gene expression patterns in separata. Putative involved phototransduction-fly, phototransduction, circadian rhythm-fly, olfactory transduction, taste transduction identified. This study thus identified series candidate pathways potentially
