摘要: Avian infectious bronchitis is ubiquitous and highly contagious disease of poultry, with profound effect on commercial poultry production. For effective control virus (IBV), quick specific diagnosis utmost importance. In this study, the was isolated from clinical samples India full length nucleocapsid (N) gene amplified, cloned expressed in a prokaryotic system. The purified recombinant N protein based single serum dilution enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) developed for IBV to measure antibody sera chickens. A total 310 chicken were tested using IDEXX kit along developed. linear correlation obtained between predicted titres at working 1:100 corresponding observed as determined by standard serial method. Regression analysis used construct curve which an equation derived confirmed their correlation. then extrapolate predicated ELISA titer corrected absorbance readings dilution. proved be (95.8%) sensitive (96.8%) when compared test.
