摘要: The avian coronavirus-infectious bronchitis virus (AvCoV-IBV) is recognized as an important pathogen, and new viral variants are a continuous threat to the poultry industry worldwide. Sensitive diagnostics efficacious vaccines necessary combat IBV infections in chickens. aim of this study was produce recombinant N protein baculovirus system use ELISA diagnostic tests order enable assessment sero-prevalence risk chickens Turkey. For this, gene encoding Beaudette strain expressed using expression system. purified Ni-NTA affinity chromatography. An estimated 50-kDa corresponding expected molecular weight including 6xHis tag detected anti-His monoclonal antibody. Specific immunoreactivity confirmed by Western blot antiserum obtained from vaccinated naturally infected chicken Turkey well antibody raised against Massachusetts strain. results with in-house had high agreement commercial ELISA. Immunoreactivity analysis antisera blotting suggests that could be broadly cross-reactive produced different strains. We conclude serve useful antigen for detection
