摘要: Abstract The effect of natural polymers, such as water-soluble gelatin and egg albumin, on the solubility dissolution characteristics nifedipine has been studied. Comparison polymers was carried out by complexation with β-cyclodextrin. interaction these both in aqueous solution solid state examined performing analysis, powder X-ray diffractometry differential scanning calorimetry measurements. In addition, surface tension samples evaluated. Solid mixtures polymer various ratios were prepared kneading technique their according to dispersed amount method. It found that β-cyclodextrin resulted a significant increase rate compared drug alone. Further, may be particularly useful for enhancement nifedipine.
