摘要: Abstract Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a stressor-related that develops in subset of individuals exposed to traumatic experience. Factors associated with vulnerability PTSD are still not fully understood. frequently comorbid various psychiatric and somatic disorders, moderate response treatment remission rates. The term “theranostics” combines diagnosis, prognosis, therapy offers targeted based on specific analyses. Theranostics, combined novel techniques approaches called “omics”, which integrate genomics, transcriptomic, proteomics metabolomics, might improve knowledge about biological underpinning PTSD, offer therapeutic strategies. focus this review metabolomic glycomic data PTSD. Metabolomics evaluates changes the metabolome an organism by exploring set small molecules (metabolites), while glycomics studies glycome, complete repertoire glycan structures their functional roles systems. Both glycome reflect physiological pathological conditions individuals. Only few evaluated metabolic patients metabolomics uncovered different metabolites be psychopathological alterations study determined nine N-glycan found accelerated premature aging traumatized subjects GlycoAge index. Therefore, further larger replications needed. Better understanding basis including data, integration other “omics” approaches, identify new molecular targets provide improved approaches.
