摘要: The aim of the present study was to develop a self nanoemulsifying drug delivery system (SNEDDS) for improved oral Rosuvastatin, lipid lowering agent. Captex 810D, based on higher solubility Rosuvastatin selected as an oil phase. Mixture permeation enhancers such Solutol HS15 and Acconon MC8 surfactants formulation SNEDDS. Formulated SNEDDS upon mixing with water, dispersed rapidly into fine droplets size ranging from 95-263nm. Further evaluated nanoemulsification time, precipitation, cloud point, morphology, in-vitro release ex-vivo permeation. Formulation (F3) showed globule 139nm, quick nanoemulsifiation time (20 sec) transparency (97%). Maximum 99.9% 95% observed F3 when compared conventional tablet. formulated can be used improve absorption bioavailability Rosuvastatin.
