摘要: A study was conducted to examine the influence of dietary inclusion phytase and high levels cholecalciferol on phytate phosphorus (P) utilization rainbow trout. Triplicate groups trout, initial weight 51.6 g, were fed in excess diets containing 0 or 1500 units kg−1 2500, 250,000 2,500,000 IU for 12 weeks. The basal diet provided 5.8 3.2 g total P dry matter, which most derived from soy protein concentrate. Weight gain fish increased by supplementation but decreased higher concentrations. Inclusion improved availability as indicated significantly apparent bone ash plasma body Dietary content did not utilization. An increase concentration caused deposition calcium, magnesium zinc kidney. Both (P<0.05) hepatic concentration. In summary, effective reducing load trout soybean concentrate-based diet. High (250,000 2,500,000) had no beneficial effect
