摘要: Abstract Rabbit antibody directed to homogeneously purified mouse liver δ-aminolevulinic acid dehydratase cross-reacted with the enzyme in erythrocytes, spleen, kidney and brain mouse. The also rat, hamster gerbil, but not rabbit, guinea pig, cattle, chick embryo, human. In contrast, rabbit against human partially recognized monkey enzyme, other species. species specificity of this study was consistent phylogenetic evolution examined.
