Biochemical Events Involved in IgE-Mediated Mast Cell Activation for Mediator Release

摘要: Bridging of IgE receptors on mast cells and basophilic granulocytes induces the activation membrane-associated enzymes, such as serine protease, methyl-transferases adenylate cyclase, followed by an enhancement PI turnover mobilization intracellular Ca2+. Our results suggest that protease phospholipid methylation induce PI-turnover, which in accumulation diacylglycerol (DAG) plasma membranes, DAG, turn, activates protein kinase C. We suspect increase Ca2+ DAG may lead to release arachiconate through phospholipase A2 diacylglyceride lipase.
