Enhanced piezoelectric properties of 0.60 BiFeO 3 -0.35 PbTiO 3 -0.05 Pb(Zn 1/3 Nb 2/3 )O 3 ceramics for high temperature applications

摘要: A series of solid solutions 0.60 BiFeO 3 -0.35 PbTiO -0.05 Pb(Zn 1/3 Nb 2/3 )O (0.60BF-0.35PT-0.05PZN) were fabricated by state reaction method. This ternary system possessed the coexistence both rhombohedral (R3c) and tetragonal (P4mm) phase. The 0.60BF-0.35PT-0.05PZN ceramics mechanically electrically robust can be poled to obtain a high piezoelectricity. Sintering temperature had strong influence on structures properties. phase decreased with increase sintering temperature, which indicated is metastability. specimens exhibited best dielectric piezoelectric properties at 1020 °C. After quenching 650 °C, content reduced, constant increased, d 33 could enhanced from 55 pC/N 65 pC/N. In addition, stability ceramic was also improved. Curie that BF-PT-PZN one promising candidates for applications.
