摘要: This study determines the relation between visual field impairment, functioning, and global quality of life in patients with glaucoma. Binocular impairment was calculated from simultaneous Esterman testing using Humphrey automated perimeter. Visual acuity defined American Medical Association's Guides to Evaluation Permanent Impairment; measured VF-14 test version National Eye Institute-Visual Functioning Questionnaire; life, assessed Outcomes Study 36-Item Short Form Health Survey, were determined 147 consecutive None Survey domains demonstrated more than a weak correlation impairment. The scores moderately correlated (r = -0.58). Of Questionnaire scales, peripheral vision -0.60), distance activities -0.56), vision-specific dependency -0.56) impairment; social near activities, role difficulties, general vision, mental health, color driving modestly value -0.32 -0.55); pain weakly health expectations not notably Statistically adjusting for weakened correlations. indicated that our glaucoma comparable previously studied without severe systemic medical problems. However, did correlate study. Based on moderate binocular Questionnaire, these questionnaires may be useful among
