摘要: Although the phrase 'holistic approach' is increasingly used in reference to vocational education and training (VET) Australia, there appears be a paucity of literature which extensively conceptualises or details its practical application. Existing references an appear indicative integrated model seen as vehicle for achievement broad range social capital outcomes, particularly Indigenous contexts. This paper suggests that theoretical framework holistic approach VET humanism constructivist theory essentially relevant contextualised purposely tailored learner community needs goals. The also provides schema implementing VET, synonymous with thematic, whole approaches learning curriculum development implemented schools.
