摘要: The present invention relates to a method of removing an endotoxin from solution containing basic proteins. More specifically, the comprises steps adding surfactant protein obtained recombinant microorganism and mixing resultant, loading resultant on cation exchange column, washing column with which does not contain surfactant, eluting interest column.
