摘要: The CD profile of a web material being produced is monitored and controlled to update control settings on-line so that changes in the operation machine manufacturing can be corrected before significant deviations from desired target result. Detected variances satisfy search criteria initiate searches for improved settings. present application recognizes actuator mapping misalignments, determines applies fine tune controller thereby improve upon or correct misalignments. also non-smoothness setpoints actuators controls smoothness setpoints. Recognition correction either misalignments setpoint both performed by automated optimization application.
