Angiosarcoma associated with germ cell tumors

摘要: In two patients with malignant germ cell tumors angiosarcoma developed through apparently different mechanisms. one case the probably as a complication of therapeutic radiation, since radiation changes were demonstrated in tissue adjacent to neoplasm and was not associated elements tumor. The absence does support development from teratoma. second case, however, it is likely that result change within teratomatous foci, angiosarcomatous intermingled patient's primary tumor contained atypical well prominent vascular proliferation. Malignant components phenomenon increasing importance this era effective chemotherapy for tumors. potential testicular carcinoma has been reported previously.
