摘要: We report on the existence of transmission zeros in quantum waveguide structures with resonantly coupled cavities. Such do not occur usual double‐barrier resonant tunneling systems. For waveguides, probability exhibits pairs poles and complex‐energy plane. The observed sharp structure resonances can be understood terms these zero‐pole pairs.
