摘要: Transport measurements are presented on a quantum ring that is tunnel-coupled to dot. When the dot in Coulomb blockade regime, but strongly coupled open ring, Fano line shapes observed current through when electron number changes by 1. The symmetry of resonances found depend magnetic flux penetrating area and strength ring-dot coupling. At temperatures above T=0.65 K effect disappears, while Aharonov-Bohm interference persists up T=4.2 K. Good agreement between these experimental observations single-channel scattering matrix model including decoherence
