摘要: Telocytes (TCs) are a distinct type of interstitial cells characterized by small cell body and extremely long thin telopodes (Tps). The presence TCs has been documented in many tissues organs (go to http://www.telocytes.com). Functionally, form three-dimensional (3D) network homocellular heterocellular communication involved the maintenance tissue homeostasis. As important guide or nurse putative stem progenitor niches spectrum organs, contribute repair regeneration. This review focuses on latest progresses regarding regeneration different including heart, lung, skeletal muscle, skin, meninges choroid plexus, eye, liver, uterus urinary system. By targeting alone tandem with cells, we might promote prevent evolution irreversible damage. Exploring pharmacological non-pharmacological methods enhance growth would be novel therapeutic strategy besides exogenous transplantation for diseased disorders.
