摘要: Use of postmastectomy radiotherapy (PMRT) has increased over time. The timing and sequencing in the context breast reconstruction remain controversial. Immediate several psychological, economic, social advantages, but, by altering chest wall anatomy, may complicate delivery PMRT increase risk complications impaired cosmesis. Delayed can be challenging, difficulty operating previously irradiated fields. A modern approach is needed to minimize complications. In a setting, overall complication rate increases compared with that for nonirradiated patients, irrespective whether performed before or after radiotherapy. Autologous tissue appears handle better than allogeneic favorite choice patients who are candidate receive have had previous Many factors identified as significant predictors outcome. Despite rates failure, aesthetic general satisfaction generally high.
