摘要: With the ongoing rise of demand in traffic networks, congestion control has become major importance for urban areas. In this paper, we introduce notion network utility maximization boundary flow networks. We describe how maximizing aggregate leads to a fair allocation resources different arrivals while maintaining system stability. demonstrate problem can be solved using Alternating Direction Method Multipliers (ADMM). further show our algorithm partially distributed such that each entry link finds its arrival own objective total network. showcase performance an example illustrating fast convergence method and capability stabilizing
