摘要: Abstract The Telluride based glass systems 0.70TeO2-0.30BaO (TB30) and 0.65TeO2-0.35BaO (TB35) were prepared by conventional melt quenching method. structural studies characterized X-ray diffraction Scanning Electron microscopy. elemental composition has also been confirmed using Energy Dispersive analysis (EDAX). In the present report, ion dynamics of studied AC conductivity spectroscopy techniques. measured data these in frequency range 20 Hz to 1 MHz at different temperatures analyzed Jonscher Power Law Dyre's free energy barrier model. hopping calculated through both models have used find activation energy. scaling behaviour two was Ghosh models. spectra TB30 found follow model whereas TB35 unable Moreover, modulus showed similar trend i.e. failed show scaled spectra. temperature independent conduction mechanism TB30.
