摘要: Abstract The structural change of K2O–TeO2 glasses (xK2O:TeO4, x:5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 mol%) from room temperature to a higher than the melting point (Tm) was studied by use Raman spectroscopy, XRD (X-ray diffraction), X-ray RDF (radial distribution function) XAFS absorption fine structure) spectroscopy. results indicated that TeO4 trigonal bipyramid (tbp) units convert TeO3 pyramid (tp) with increasing addition K2O glasses. We found 10K2O · 90TeO2 (mol%) glass mainly consists tbp unit, while 20K2O · 80TeO2 30K2O · 70TeO2 are composed mixture tp units. high-temperature in agreement Furthermore, spectroscopy shows potassium ions have similar local structure all studied.
