摘要: As part of the international debate on methods for measuring social progress a population, there has been increasing interest in individual subjective opinions about different aspects quality life (elementary indicators). In literature, many have introduced producing measures well-being based these opinions. Some aim to construct synthetic that allow us consider all simultaneously. This topic often requires methodological choices and/or distributional assumptions and, when are encoded by means categorical ordinal values, eventual quantification original variables. Here, starting from Istat multipurpose survey households’—aspects daily life, we propose an method constructing global satisfaction index.
