Detection of human cancer cells with antibodies to human cancer nucleolar antigens

摘要: Specific common nucleolar antigens are found in a broad range of human malignant tumor specimens and have been isolated, extracted purified. Antibodies antisera specific to these harvested from non-human hosts used for detection cancer cells. Disclosed (1) methods isolating the antigens, obtaining them substantially purified form, producing antibodies, using antibodies induced by diagnostic procedures detecting cells, (2) kits comprising antisera.
