摘要: This study suggests an improved policy pathway for a higher adoption of battery electric vehicles (BEVs) in Sweden. By use Rogers’ Diffusion Innovations it was shown that Sweden’s current is ineffective due to equal incentives on plug-in hybrid and vehicles. In conjunction with theory, Multi-Level perspective shows this the result technology neutrality Swedish government. Norway, which only focus BEVs, has greater rate BEVs. However, high Norway come along drawback disturbing process. The make adopters because financial reasons without questioning compatibility complexity technology. In order Sweden reach its goal fossil independent car fleet 2030, where put supporting niche-markets rather than individuals, as does. Within niche-market BEV can develop become competitive technology. When competitive, replace fuel dependent currently used
