摘要: Abstract In this paper we discuss the effectiveness, efficiency and feasibility of policy measures that cities may adopt to stimulate uptake use electric vehicles. Our analysis is based on an expert workshop in which municipal policy-makers used a group decision room system exchange their experiences with vehicle related policies. We distinguish six categories measures: supporting citizens businesses, charging-infrastructure build up, regulatory measures, raising awareness, government as lead user, governing transition other levels government. find two feasible mixes effective efficient one for strive be among global frontrunners no-regret policies any city should adopt, if it wants mobility.
