摘要: ABSTRACT The objective of this study was to compare the effect work stress on job burnout and quality life between female nurses doctors in China. participants were 947 685 selected from Fujian provinces by using stratified cluster sampling method. Chinese version Short Form-36 Health Survey used measure life; Occupation Stress Inventory—Revised Edition applied for occupational stress; Maslach Burnout Inventory—General assess burnout. Occupational (indicated different stressors) played an important role among when taking into account other potential influencing factors simultaneously. These results show that it is adopt preventive measures prevent improve 2 populations according stressors.
