摘要: Objectives To compare hypoglycemic warning symptoms (main objective) and incidence of severe hypoglycemia (secondary between patients treated with animal human insulin preparations. Research Design And Methods Two hundred forty-seven on treatment preparations 276 insulins, matched for duration diabetes (16 ± 11 vs. 15 10 yr), were recruited the study. Patients interviewed a standardized questionnaire. Results When asked which symptom usually occurs first during hypoglycemia, 19% group 22% answered “sweating,” 19 17%, respectively, “trembling,” 11%, “unrest.” According to patients9 perception, in both groups, their most reliable “trembling” (26 22%) “sweating” (15 18%). Six eight percent patients, reported unawareness 17 18%, impaired awareness hypoglycemia. The was 0.45 cases/patient-yr insulins 0.46 differences not statistically significant. Conclusions This study shows that are comparable
