摘要: Abstract This paper reviews the use of vegetable oils and animal fats as diesel fuel. Physical chemical properties structure are discussed. Fuel preparation by transesterification, pryolysis, dilution, microemulsion effects these processes on fuel and, in turn, their engines have been reviewed. Each give improved over those unprocessed oil. The performance using triglyceride based fuels emission characteristics also presented.
