摘要: Introduction:  Adverse reactions to radiopaque contrast media (RCM) are well documented with a wide range of incidences reported. The objective this study was determine how many patients in sample 200 who presents for interventional pain treatments report history adverse RCM. Methods:  Data from outpatients were collected using self-administered questionnaire. questionnaire designed obtain information about prior exposure RCM and any events plus other general allergic including known risk factors reactions. Demographic data past medical obtained each patient. Results:  Of the surveyed, 16 reported having had an reaction RCM. met criteria immediate hypersensitivity reaction. Chemotoxic cannot be ruled out. associated reaction, none clearly more prevalent subjects reporting vs. did not. Atopic generally considered susceptible allergy no number medications foods caused them have extensive. Conclusion:  Patients suggestive may procedures normally performed experienced increased another if injected again agent. Therefore, facilities should prepared implement measures prevent recurrent
