摘要: The recovery of independent gait after stroke is a main goal patients and understanding the relationship between brain lesions can help physicians set viable rehabilitation plans. Our study investigated association variables parameters lesions.Fifty poststroke with mean age 67.5 ± 1.3 years an average duration onset 62.2 7.9 months were included. Three-dimensional analysis magnetic resonance imaging conducted for all patients. Twelve quantified temporal-spatial, kinematic, kinetic data used. To correlate specific lesions, we used voxel-based lesion symptom mapping analysis. Statistical significance was to uncorrected P value 10 voxels.Based on location lesion, following results obtained: posterior limb internal capsule significantly associated speed increased knee extension in stance phase. hippocampus frontal lobe cadence. proximal corona radiata stride length affected hip maximal angle paracentral lobule flexion swing phase ankle dorsiflexion lobe, thalamus, lentiform nucleus parameters.Cortical, white matter, learning-related motor-related areas are mainly one's walking ability stroke.
