摘要: The invention relates to the field of tissue engineering and cell-based therapy. More in particular, it an oxygen-releasing biomaterial that can enhance support cell survival vivo. Provided is oxygen-delivering microsphere based on a biocompatible polymer, comprising agent capable generating oxygen situ encapsulated polymer matrix poly (1,3-trimethylene carbonate) (PTMC). Also provided implantable device, like scaffold for engineering, plurality microparticles according invention.
