Extra-pulmonary anatomic locations include abdomen and pelvis, but rare have been described breast. We describe an IMT 86-year-old female, presenting as a well-circumscribed palpable mass left Histologically remarkable feature was presence giant vacuolated cells intermixed with spindle prominent plasma cell infiltrate immersed fibrous hyalinized stroma. Immunohistochemical electron microscopy studies demonstrated nature cells, polyclonal cells. morphologic immunohistochemical findings supported diagnosis IMT. biological behaviour this age group is surgical excision close mammographic follow-up considered to be appropriate treatment for lesion
