摘要: The goal of this research was to determine the applicability commonly used fatigue life calculation methods for variable amplitude loading with sand cast AZ91E-T6 magnesium alloy using notched keyhole'' specimens. Commercially available calculating software packages were calculate crack initiation'' (1 mm crack) and growth corresponding experiments. resulting correlation between experimental calculated lives ranged from good poor, conservative nonconservative, depending on analysis method used. It shown that these can be but certain apprehension.
