摘要: Cases of multiple (considered 2+) self-inflicted gunshot wounds are a rarity and require careful examination the scene occurrence; thorough consideration decedent's psychiatric, medical, social histories; accurate postmortem documentation wounds. We present series four cases to head from Cook County Medical Examiner's Office between 2005 2012 including first case report suicide involving eight head. In addition, review literature concerning is performed. The majority reported document two entrance wound defects. Temporal regions most common affected (especially right left temples). Determining capability act following necessary in crime reconstruction differentiation homicide suicide.
