摘要: A method for preserving banana pulp, wherein the pulp of said fruit is firstly pressed in an atmosphere inert gas, preferably helium, and then deep-frozen packaged tightly closed, gas-impervious containers. Such containers are to be kept at a low temperature, way as usually followed all foods. few pieces biscuit may enclosed within containers, along with order maintain good appearance same pulp.
