摘要: ABSTRACTBackground: Central nervous system reorganization, particularly in networks devoted to somatosensation, is thought be a significant feature of complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS).Aims: In the present case report, we evaluated corticomotor woman suffering from CRPS, as she started and completed her rehabilitation, order explore whether CRPS could also linked changes motor networks.Methods: The patient, 58-year-old woman, was diagnosed with right-hand CRPS. Transcranial magnetic stimulation measures, reflecting strength corticospinal projections, were before, during, after an 8-week graded imagery (GMI) program.Results: Before treatment, patient reported disability, projections first dorsal interosseous affected hand reduced compared healthy, unaffected hand.
