摘要: AbstractThe observed Madden–Julian oscillation (MJO) tends to propagate eastward across the Maritime Continent from eastern equatorial Indian Ocean western Pacific. However, numerical simulations present different levels of fidelity in representing propagation, especially for tropical convection associated with MJO. This study conducts a series coupled using NCEP CFSv2 explore impacts SST feedback and parameterization on propagation simulations. First, two differing model horizontal resolutions are conducted.
