摘要: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a chronic, progressive lung resulting from exposure to cigarette smoke, noxious gases, particulate matter, and air pollutants. COPD exacerbated by acute inflammatory insults such as infections (viral bacterial) pollutants which further accelerate the steady decline in function. The chronic process contributes extrapulmonary manifestations of are predominantly cardiovascular nature. Here we review significant burden discuss clinical pathological links between exacerbations disease.
